    Thu, February 22, 2024 – Thu, February 22, 2024

Who to include in the process and why that’s such an essential factor
What process design and implementation can best lead to improved teamwork and collaboration among elected officials/board members and with the staff
How a well-designed strategic planning effort can also help with culture, conflict, onboarding, listening, and that always elusive ‘getting everyone on the same page’.
