Description

Event: Hamburg Area Faculty Charity Basketball Game

Date & Time:

Date: Friday, February 23rd
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Doors open at 5:30 PM
Snow make up date: Friday, March 1st (all times stay the same)

Location:

Venue: High School New Gym

Admission:

General Entry: $5 for all attendees
Canned Goods: Children and students enter for free with a canned good; adults pay $4 with a canned good

Beneficiary/Community Support:

50% of the proceeds will support the Ronald McDonald House.
The remaining 50% will be allocated to the Middle School and High School Student Councils.
Canned goods collected will be donated to the Northern Berks Food Pantry.

Activities:

Basketball Game:

Hamburg Area Faculty Charity Basketball Game featuring friendly competition among faculty members.

Raffles:

Raffle Tickets: $1 for 1 ticket; $5 for 7 tickets; $10 for 20 tickets
Prizes include signed jerseys worn by faculty during the game and baskets created by the student body.

Halftime Games:

Variety of engaging halftime games for both adults and children.
Cost to Sign Up: $1 per participant.
Participants will be selected at random for each game.

Club Stands:

Explore stands sponsored but the high school clubs.

An opportunity to enjoy an evening of sports, community, and charitable giving. Your support will directly benefit the Ronald McDonald House, the Hamburg Area MS/HS Student Councils, and the Northern Berks Food Pantry.
Come out, support, and be a part of a memorable event!
